Refund Policy for Delivery Shipment Services

Welcome to our Shipment Delivery Refund Request Form. Recognizing the necessity for refunds in certain situations, we invite you to carefully review our policy and terms and conditions tailored for logistics and car shipping services. To facilitate a smooth refund process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Adherence to Policy: Refunds will only be issued by our detailed policy and terms and conditions specific to logistics and car shipping services.
• Management Review: All refund requests undergo a thorough management review process, applicable whether or not the shipping process has begun.
• Cancellation Fee for Early Cancellations: For cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date, a nominal processing fee of RM10 will be deducted from your refund.
• Dispatched or Commenced Shipments: In cases where the car has been dispatched or the shipping process has already started, the incurred logistics handling charges plus an RM10 processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Confirmed Ship Slot Cancellations: If your vehicle booking has been confirmed through the ship’s slot and you wish to cancel, a cancellation fee of RM400.00 will be applied due to the reserved space and logistics rearrangements required.
• Valid Reason for Refund: Selecting a valid reason from the provided options for your refund request is crucial for the processing and approval of your refund.
• Payment Reference Number: Including the payment reference number is essential for the verification of transaction details.
• Prioritization of Requests: We prioritize processing refund requests that comply with our guidelines and criteria.
• Prompt Refund Processing: Our commitment is to process refunds efficiently and promptly, following verification and approval of the request.
