⫷ Requirements G2 ⫸
1) Contractors renewing their CIDB license for the first time must attend a course through the CIMS-CIDB registration system as follow :-
- Integrity Course & Contractor Code of Ethics — ( 15 Points )
- Business Management Course — ( 40 Points )
⦿ Total CCD Points ➤ 55 Points
➸ To register for the Integrity & Business Management course, you are required to provide the following documents:
- Copy of PPK ( Contractor Registration Certificate )
- Participant 1# Name ( as per Identity Card )
- Participant 1# Identity Card Number ( example: 812938-02-4392 )
- Participant 1# Mobile Number ( example: 01129320293 )
➟ ( Both courses are offered online, but the assessment test must be conducted at a CIDB branch with a PASS result )
2) Have a CCD Course Certificate with sufficient points;
- Renew 2 Years — 20 Points
- Renew 3 Years — 30 Points
➟ ( If CCD Points are insufficient, you can attend CCD Point Courses through CIDB Appointed Companies )
3) The additional requirements are;
a. Renewal Requirements PPK G2 :-
- Copy of the latest company account statement ( Ending Balance ➥ RM 25,000 ) / Last month’s or current month’s balance — ( Certified by Bank ).
- Copy of IC of the Company Owner / Director and all individuals registered in the CIMS-CIDB system.
b. Renewal Requirements SCORE + SPKK G2 :-
- Financial statements — ( Profit and Loss Statement / Balance Sheet ) for the last three years.
- 6 Letter Award (LA) / 6 Purchase Order (PO).
- 2 x CIDB Course Certificates, with CIDB logo ( E.g: SKP, SKK, CCD, Safety Course )
c. Renewal Requirements STB G2 :-
- Copy of IC of the Company Owner / Director.
- Copy of Birth Certificate of the Owner, Director, or Contributing Employee.
- Work Declaration Letter. ( Must be completed by all named persons in the CIMS system )
- Bank Confirmation Letter. ( To be completed by the owner who Signs Checks / Authorizes Transactions )
- KWSP — ( Form A & Payment receipt if contributing to Employees )
